Process

Consultation

Let’s face it: we’re all a little different. Our quirks are what make us unique. I want your distinct personality, style, and the vision that you hold for your event to shine through in my designs. During our complimentary consultation, I want to know about you and about the fine details of your event. Be sure to share any ideas, pictures, and/or color swatches that inspire you.

If you are unable to meet in person, we can connect via phone or email.

Reservation Process

After the consultation, I will provide you with a detailed pricing estimate, showcasing design and material expenses. You can expect to receive this estimation approximately 1 week following the initial consultation. If you would like to proceed with IMPRIMO, a contract will be created for your review. The contract must be signed and sent back with a non-refundable 25% deposit. Upon receipt of your contract/deposit, the designing process will commence.

Design

Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither are your invitations. Therefore, I will begin construction of your order on an immediate basis. I will use the information that I gained about you and your event as inspirational tools for the overall design. As I work to complete your project, I will send you a series of proofs that you may fine tune until you are fully satisfied with the end product.

Design items such as programs, place cards, table numbers, etc. for in depth events will be created following the completion of the primary invitation piece. Please be sure to contact me ahead of time to ensure my availability.

Approval

After I’ve completed the design to your satisfaction, I will provide you with a final proof which will require your approval. It is your responsibility to review the spelling, grammar, and punctuation of the order. After receiving your “go-ahead,” the order will move into production. At this point, changes may not be made and quantities may not be decreased.

Completion

YAY! Once I have completed your invitations, I will contact you to schedule an in person delivery or make arrangements to ship your order. The final invoice will include tax and shipping. Final payments are due prior to shipping or at the time of pick up.

Quantities

There is no limit to how many invitations you can order. However, once you have approved your final proof, quantities may not decrease. Though it may be possible to increase your order. You should order a minimum of 10-15 extra for keepsakes and last minute guests.

Inconsistencies

Imperfections are beautiful! Due to the nature of handmade items, each invitations will have certain variations. For example, our signature wax stamps.

Returns and Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please be sure to contact me right away! If I have not received your final approval and your project has not gone into production, you are responsible for the initial 50% deposit, and any materials that may have been purchased.
